You may know me as a former Board member, but more importantly, I’m your neighbor who believes our Eastmore community becomes stronger when:

People listen,

Communicate openly,

Follow through on commitments.

The Eastmore was my very first home purchase, and over the years it has become far more than just an apartment — it’s home.

During my Board service from 2022 through 2025, I helped guide building improvements, supported local law compliance, advanced capital planning through fiscally responsible decisions, strengthened our community, and helped move the Eastmore forward.

I HEARD YOU. WE DELIVERED.

Let’s do it again!

Experience That Delivers Results.

Hi it’s Brian from 9R — and I’m ready to earn my seat back. I’m excited to announce my candidacy and earn your vote to once again serve on The Eastmore Board of Directors.

Many shareholders encouraged me to run again, and I am ready to continue listening, ready to continue serving, ready to earn your vote again. We have more work to do.

The Lobby Transformation

My unique professional experience aligns directly with the type of work ahead.

The upcoming lobby, façade and building improvements represent one of the most significant opportunities in Eastmore’s history.

This is more than a renovation project. It’s an investment in our future.

As a Residence Manager with more than 19 years of experience overseeing complex multimillion-dollar renovation projects — including three successful projects delivered under budget — I understand what it takes to help projects succeed:

  • Planning before construction begins

  • Navigating and expediting building permits

  • Contractor bidding and selection

  • Communication with residents

  • Keeping projects on schedule and on budget

  • Solving challenges before they become problems

Most importantly, successful projects require teamwork, communication and accountability while respecting your time, your budget and your investment.

We Delivered.

What We Accomplished Together

The best results happen when shareholders are heard, ideas become action and our community works together.

Spearheaded the Roof Deck Refresh Project

Working collaboratively with fellow Board members, we transformed an underutilized space into one of Eastmore’s most enjoyed amenities by adding:

  • Beautiful seasonal landscaping

  • Multiple seating and gathering areas

  • Enhanced community space for shareholders and residents

Popular opinion was overwhelmingly positive.

I was specifically responsible for saving $5800 a year by negotiating a three-year landscaping maintenance agreement.

Let’s Do It Again.

Why I’m Ready to Serve Again

Serving on the Eastmore Board was never simply about holding a position.

It was an honor, a privilege and a responsibility.

The upcoming projects ahead will help shape the future of our building, and my professional experience overseeing renovations aligns directly with the work in front of us.

But even more important than experience alone is my proven commitment to turning your ideas into action and delivering results for our Eastmore community.

Ready To Continue Building Together?

And yet, I know something important. Everything I've shared may not be the thing that matters most to you.

I understand. I hear you.

Because this has never simply been about projects, budgets or renovations.

It's about trust.

It's about commitment, consistency and a willingness to serve our Eastmore community while protecting what matters most to all of us — our home.

The work isn’t finished. And I’m ready to serve again.

You've already seen how I work and what I value.

If you believe in that approach, I would be honored to earn your vote once again to bring Brian on board!

Candidate Eastmore Board of Directors

  • The best results happen when shareholders are heard, ideas become action, and our community works together.

    I Heard You. We Delivered.
    Let's Do It Again.

‍With more than 28 years of executive administration experience serving Fortune 500 CEOs, including 19 years managing ultra-high-net-worth residences, I have successfully overseen multimillion-dollar renovation and capital improvement projects, consistently delivering results under budget and ahead of schedule.

As a 10-year Eastmore resident and former Board member (2022–2025), I am deeply invested in our community. My professional experience aligns directly with the work ahead: protecting property values, enhancing our building, and delivering results.

With major capital projects soon to begin at the Eastmore, experience matters.

    Proven results include:

    • Spearheaded the Eastmore Roof Deck Refresh Project, transforming an underutilized space into one of our building's most enjoyed amenities through careful budgeting, vendor negotiations, and collaborative leadership.

    • Negotiated a three-year landscaping maintenance agreement, saving the Eastmore approximately $5,800 annually.

    • Successfully managed three major Manhattan residential renovations, coordinating contractors, budgets, schedules, and project execution from start to finish.

‍I believe strong leadership begins with listening. My commitment to fiscal responsibility, shareholder engagement, protecting property values, and working cohesively with fellow Board members has always guided my service to the Eastmore.

To encourage open communication, I created www.brianonboard.com, where shareholders can learn about my experience, accomplishments, and vision for the future of the Eastmore—and stay informed throughout the campaign and beyond.

I would be honored to earn your vote and the opportunity to serve again.

Ready to listen. Ready to serve. Ready to get back on board.

    ‍ ‍

  • While serving on the Board, I was involved in the early discussions surrounding the project's initial concept and vision.

On May 7th, I attended the Eastmore presentation unveiling the proposed lobby and façade transformation by Stephen Paul Design.

I continued conversations with Stephen Stanczyk and Tanya Bawa to further discuss ideas and ensure that shareholder perspectives continue to be heard as the project evolves.

As with the Roof Deck Refresh Project, I believe successful projects require strong communication before, during, and after implementation.

You have my commitment to continue bringing

    dedicated attention,

    collaboration,

and focus on Eastmore's next important chapter.

  • Listening To What Shareholders Are Saying

Many shareholders have recently stopped me and asked me:

"What happened to the roof deck this year?"

    "Where are the Spring flowers?"

During my time on the Board, negotiations were made for seasonal spring planting (in mid-April) so shareholders could enjoy the roof deck throughout the season.

With your vote, you have my commitment to make sure the Board remains active in keeping the roof deck Spring ready for all shareholders and Eastmore community to enjoy.

  • Service Is In The Details!

    As a U.S. Navy veteran,

    integrity,

    responsibility,

and service continue to guide how I approach every responsibility — large or small.

Often, it is the small details that create the biggest impact and help a community run smoothly.

Contributions made while serving on the Board included:

    • Organized Roof Deck meet-and-greet events for shareholders, including creating Board member name tags.

    • Created weekly lobby posters and seasonal communications.

    • Improved Annual Meeting audio systems by sourcing larger speakers and microphones for clearer communication.

    • Helped maintain monthly Board communication updates through BuildingLink.

Service is never about one large project — it's about consistently looking for ways to improve the experience of living at the Eastmore.

    I made a difference

In 2020, I thought it was important to find a way to give back to the staff at the Eastmore, who were really going above and beyond during the pandemic. I established a Go-Fund-Me campaign—“Thanking the Eastmore Essential Workers”—and in less than two weeks single-handedly raised $5,000 for our terrific staff.

At the completion of the fundraiser, I worked closely with our Resident Manager Tom Hickey, to make sure the funds were securely transferred to the building for distribution to the staff.

  • Strong communities succeed when communication is open and ideas continue moving forward.

This website brianonboard.com was designed not simply as a campaign tool, but as a way to create

    ongoing dialogue,

    provide clear communication,

and continue building a stronger Eastmore community.

    I believe in:

    listening,

    being accessible,

finding innovative ways to keep shareholders informed and engaged.

Because our best ideas, and our best results, happen when we work together.

It’s time - please vote and bring Brian back on board.
